Andrew Schaper
Andrew is a professional engineer and commercial real estate developer based on the Texas Gulf Coast. He develops large-tract industrial projects across Texas, specializing in site selection, utility entitlement and high voltage design for greenfield hyperscale data center projects in exurban and rural markets.His early career included a decade in corporate roles as a petroleum engineer and investment banker, advising on more than $28 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions in the oil and gas sector at Bank of America and Citigroup prior to establishing his businesses.Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and holds three graduate degrees in engineering and business.
